Enclosed heated parking garage – Parking restrictions require only one vehicle per apartment. Arrangements can be made for two vehicles/apartment with out side lot parking.  Access to High Gate Spa, sauna, swim in place pool, court yard, community and 130 acres of wild life preserve and rowing pond with boats provided.

Rent: = $1,600 /month for a single occupant. Add $75.00/month for each additional occupant.  We offer flexible leasing that requires an initial minimal 6 month occupancy.  After your first 6 months the lease becomes automatically renewable every thirty days indefinitely or until cancelled.

Security Deposit = $2400.00 per single occupant + include a 300.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. Total move in cost 1,600.00 = first months rent; 2.400.00 = Security deposit; 300.00 = non refundable cleaning fee making Tenant’s total move in cost = $ 4,300.00 / single Tenant.

Other:
Tenant pays metered utilities of electric, propane. New high efficiency furnaces, well insulated Tenant’s  heat will be inexpensive (about 40.00 / m during winter).  Tenant’s own Charter/Spectrum cable connection cost optional. Water, public sewer charges, plowing, and refuse pick up is complimentary.
