After 6 months  then automatically renewable every 30 days. During auto renewable period lease may be cancelled by either Landlord or Tenant with a 3 day written notice to the other. 

Balance Due Before Move in Date Assuming Single Occupant: 1. Security Deposit = 1.5 x monthly rental rate. For example, single occupant security deposit = $2,700.00.  2.  First month’s rent = $1,800.00/ month. 3. $300.00 non refundable cleaning fee. Total required before move in date per single occupant = $4,800.00. 

Other:
Tenant pays metered utilities of electric, propane. New high efficiency furnaces, well insulated rooms, and roof.  Heat will be inexpensive (about 400 / year 35 / month. We offer optional Charter/Spectrum cable connection. Water, public sewer charges, plowing, and refuse pick up is complimentary. We love animals but sorry no pets.
