Security Deposit = 1.5 x 1,225.00 monthly rental rate =1,837.00 deposit required for a single occupant for a 6 month lease.

Other:
Tenant pays metered utilities of electric, propane. New high efficiency furnaces, well insulated your heat will be approximately 400.00 per year (about 35.00/month) and their own Charter cable connection optional.
