Rent: 1,000/month single or 1,075 double occupancy. We offer flexible leasing with a mandatory requirement of initial 6 month minimal lease then automatically renewable every 30 days.  Lease may be cancelled by Tenant or Landlord after 6 month obligatory occupancy. 
Security deposit will be 1.5 x monthly rental rate. For example a single resident on an annual lease would be 1.5 x 1,000 = 1,500.00 deposit. 

Parking in enclosed heated garage and only one car per apartment is permitted due to local parking restrictions.  

Other:
Tenant pays metered utilities of electric, propane. New high efficiency furnaces and well insulated keeps the average winter heat bill around $35.00/m. Every room is wired for cable for the tenant”s option to purchase Spectrum internet, phone, or TV. Complementary water, public sewer charges, plowing, and refuse pick up is provided. Spa and pool access however spa area is currently closed for remodeling renovations.
